Terms of Service

Last updated May 27, 2026

Welcome to Apollo. By accessing or using our website and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1.Eligibility and User Responsibilities

  • You affirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental consent if you are a minor.
  • You agree not to use the Website or any Apollo products for illegal, malicious, or unauthorized purposes and to comply with all applicable laws.
  • You agree that all information you provide (registration, purchase, or account setup) is accurate, current, and complete.
  • Apollo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if any information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.
  • Apollo products are GPC script files for the Cronus Zen, a third-party controller adapter made and sold by Collective Minds. Apollo does not manufacture, sell, or support the Cronus Zen device, its firmware, or Zen Studio; those remain the responsibility of their manufacturer.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use a script, including compliance with the terms of service of any game, platform, console manufacturer, or online service you use it with, and for any consequence of that use.
  • Setting up, configuring, and operating the device and the script is your responsibility. Guides and support are provided to verified customers as a courtesy and are not a guarantee of any result or outcome.

2.License and Access Requirements

  • A valid license key or user account is required to access Apollo software or services.
  • By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all product requirements, compatibility, and system prerequisites.
  • Apollo disclaims responsibility for incompatibility with your device or system environment.
  • Licenses are single-device and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized.
  • Licenses and digital downloads are strictly non-transferable and non-assignable, and are tied exclusively to the original purchaser's account. Access obtained through resale, transfer or any third party is not a valid license and carries no support entitlement.

3.Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute Apollo products, keys, or accounts.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify our software.
  • Engage in abusive, harassing, or defamatory conduct toward staff or users.
  • Use automated tools, exploits, or unauthorized scripts to access our systems.
  • Work for or collaborate with anti-cheat organizations or competitors.

Violation of these rules may result in permanent bans on your account, device, or network.

4.Account and License Policy

  • Licenses are bound to the hardware ID (HWID) of your activated device.
  • Unauthorized resets, sharing, or resale of keys will result in license termination.
  • Apollo reserves the right to revoke access for chargebacks, fraud, software tampering, or policy violations.
  • Access revocations do not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

5.Payment and Billing

  • You agree to provide valid, accurate payment information when making purchases.
  • You authorize Apollo to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, including taxes.
  • Chargebacks, disputes, or unauthorized transactions may result in permanent account suspension and possible legal action.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse.
  • Payments are processed by Whop. Whop's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms.

6.Refund and Warranty Policy

  • All digital goods are non-refundable once accessed, activated, or partially used.
  • Refunds are only considered if the issue is proven to be caused by Apollo's error and not user negligence, system incompatibility, or misuse.
  • Apollo does not guarantee that products will remain functional indefinitely; service longevity may vary.
  • Any refund or credit issued is at Apollo's sole discretion.

7.Software Usage and EULA

  • By installing or using Apollo software, you accept the End User License Agreement (EULA).
  • You receive a revocable, limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the software.
  • Apollo is not liable for game or platform bans resulting from product use.
  • Use of our tools constitutes full acceptance of the associated risks.

8.Intellectual Property

  • All software, branding, logos, and materials on our website are the intellectual property of Apollo or its affiliates.
  • You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any material without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
  • Cronus Zen, Zen Studio and Collective Minds are trademarks of their owner. NBA 2K, Call of Duty and all other game, console and platform names are trademarks of their respective owners. Apollo is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them; their names are used only to describe compatibility.

9.Service Availability and Discontinuation

  • Apollo may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
  • You acknowledge that discontinued products do not qualify for compensation or replacement.

10.Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided "as is" and "as available."
  • Apollo makes no guarantees of uptime, compatibility, or error-free functionality.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing in them affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

11.Privacy and Data

  • Apollo collects minimal user data necessary to operate and improve services.
  • We do not sell or distribute your personal data to third parties.
  • Payment information is processed securely through verified payment partners.
  • For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

12.Support and Dispute Resolution

  • For assistance, contact our official support team via Discord.
  • Setup assistance, troubleshooting, guides and the Apollo+ Discord role are provided exclusively to verified customers authenticated via the original checkout email.
  • All disputes must first be submitted to support for informal resolution before pursuing any external claims.

13.Termination and Enforcement

  • We may suspend or permanently ban users for violations of these Terms.
  • Banned users may not re-register under new accounts or aliases.
  • Apollo retains the right to log and investigate any activity deemed suspicious.

14.Updates to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
  • The latest Terms will always be available on our website under the "Terms of Service" section.

15.Agreement

By accessing the website, redeeming licenses, or using our products, you automatically agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the EULA.

Refund Policy

Last updated February 2, 2026

1.General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we strive to handle each case fairly. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Our products are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By completing checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, where a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period would otherwise apply to a distance purchase, that right is lost once the download or access begins. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.

2.Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds may be approved in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing software functionality that our support team cannot resolve
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Product purchased does not match the description provided
  • Service becomes unavailable due to game updates within 48 hours of purchase

3.Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Game account bans or suspensions
  • User error or failure to follow setup instructions
  • Computer hardware incompatibility after purchase
  • Change of mind after license key activation
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase

4.Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase
  • Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  • Include any relevant screenshots or error messages
  • Wait for our team to review your request (typically 0-12 hours)

5.Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

6.Partial Refunds

For subscription-based products, partial refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis if the service becomes unavailable due to circumstances within our control. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription.

7.Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in permanent account suspension. We encourage you to work with us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

8.Service Credits

In cases where a refund is not appropriate but service was impacted, we may offer account credits or subscription extensions at our discretion. These credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

9.Lifetime Purchases

Lifetime licenses are eligible for refund only within 24 hours of purchase and only if the license has not been activated. Once activated, lifetime licenses are non-refundable under any circumstances.

10.Contact Information

For refund requests or questions about our refund policy, please contact our support team via Discord. Include your order number and detailed information about your situation for faster processing.
