Terms of service

These terms apply whenever you use lura.gg or buy, download or use a Lura script (“Lura”, “we”, “us”). Each clause has a reference, like 3(b), so we can point you to the exact line. How we handle your data is in the Privacy policy.

1.Eligibility and your details

  1. 1(a)You are at least the age of majority where you live, or you have a parent's or guardian's permission to buy and use our products.
  2. 1(b)You will not use the site or any Lura product for anything illegal, malicious or unauthorised, and you will follow the laws that apply to you.
  3. 1(c)The information you give us or Whop when you buy or set up an account is accurate, current and complete. We may suspend or end access where it is not.

2.What you are buying

  1. 2(a)A purchase gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the script you bought on your own Cronus Zen, tied to the Whop account you bought it with.
  2. 2(b)It includes the updates we release for that script while we continue to offer it. You are not buying the script itself, its source, or any right to share it.
  3. 2(c)Our products are GPC script files for the Cronus Zen, a third-party controller adapter made and sold by Collective Minds. We do not make, sell or support the Zen, its firmware or Zen Studio; those remain the responsibility of their maker.
  4. 2(d)Before buying you have checked the product's requirements and that it suits your console, controller and setup. We are not responsible for incompatibility with your device or environment.
  5. 2(e)Setting up, configuring and operating the device and the script is your responsibility. Guides and support are a courtesy to customers and are not a promise of any result.

3.Your use, your responsibility

  1. 3(a)Scripts change controller input through third-party hardware. Game publishers, platforms, console makers and competition organisers set their own rules about such hardware and enforce them as they see fit, which can include restricting, suspending or closing accounts.
  2. 3(b)Whether, where and how you use a script is entirely your decision and at your own risk. You are responsible for knowing and following the terms of every game, platform and online service you play on, and for anything that results from your use.
  3. 3(c)Any action a publisher, platform or organiser takes against an account, and anything that follows from it (lost progress, items, currency, purchases, rankings or access), is between you and them. It is not grounds for a refund, credit or claim against us.
  4. 3(d)We do not sell for use in sanctioned tournaments or leagues where equipment rules apply, and you agree not to use our products there.

4.Sharing, reselling and prohibited conduct

  1. 4(a)Your licence is for you alone. You may not share your account or files, give them away, resell, rent, publish or upload them, or help anyone else do so.
  2. 4(b)You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or redistribute our scripts or any part of them.
  3. 4(c)You may not use automated tools, exploits or unauthorised methods to access our site, downloads or systems.
  4. 4(d)You may not work for or with anti-cheat organisations or competitors to analyse, copy or undermine our products.
  5. 4(e)You may not be abusive, harassing or defamatory toward our team or other customers.
  6. 4(f)Builds can carry an identifier linked to the buyer. If a licence is shared or a file is distributed, we may revoke access to it and to any other Lura purchase on that account, without a refund.

5.Payments

  1. 5(a)Payments are processed by Whop. Whop's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself in addition to these terms.
  2. 5(b)You will give valid, accurate payment details, and you authorise the charge shown at checkout, including any tax Whop quotes.
  3. 5(c)We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse.
  4. 5(d)A chargeback, dispute or unauthorised transaction filed after access has been delivered ends the licence and may lead to a permanent suspension of the account.

6.Refunds

  1. 6(a)Access and files are delivered the moment payment clears, so purchases are final once a script has been accessed, downloaded or used, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.
  2. 6(b)We will consider a refund only where a problem is shown to be caused by an error on our side, and not by setup, incompatibility, misuse, a game update or an account action described in 3(c).
  3. 6(c)Any refund or credit is at our discretion.

7.Updates, availability and no warranty

  1. 7(a)Scripts are provided "as is" and "as available". Games change, and a patch can change or stop a feature without notice.
  2. 7(b)We work to ship updates after patches but do not guarantee a timeframe, a result, a hit rate, uptime or error-free operation. Figures on the site describe our own testing and are not a promise of your results.
  3. 7(c)We may change, pause or discontinue any product at any time. A discontinued product does not qualify for compensation or replacement.

8.Support

  1. 8(a)Support is for customers who bought directly through lura.gg or our official Whop store, using the account they bought with. You can reach us through the support chat on the site.
  2. 8(b)We may decline to help with copies obtained any other way (including resale, transfer or a third party), shared accounts, modified files, or questions about other sellers' products.
  3. 8(c)We may end support for anyone who is abusive to our team or who breaks these terms.

9.Intellectual property

  1. 9(a)The scripts, the Lura name, logos, artwork, guides and other material on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute any of it without our written permission.
  2. 9(b)Cronus Zen, Zen Studio and Collective Minds are trademarks of their owner. NBA 2K, Call of Duty and all other game, console and platform names are trademarks of their respective owners.
  3. 9(c)Lura is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.

10.Limitation of liability

  1. 10(a)To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from buying, using or being unable to use a product, including loss of accounts, data, progress, items or earnings.
  2. 10(b)Our total liability for anything connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  3. 10(c)Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects consumer rights that cannot be waived.

11.Suspension and enforcement

  1. 11(a)We may suspend or permanently end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
  2. 11(b)Someone whose access was ended may not return under a new account or another name.
  3. 11(c)We may log and look into activity that appears to break these terms, such as shared licences or redistributed files.

12.Disputes

  1. 12(a)If something goes wrong, contact support first. Any dispute must be raised with us for an informal resolution before any external claim or chargeback.

13.Changes and agreement

  1. 13(a)We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use a product after a change means you accept it.
  2. 13(b)By using the site, buying or using a product, you agree to these terms and to Whop's terms for the payment.
